Selekt Partners provides an online marketplace where Vendors and Clients can identify each other and buy and sell Services online. Selekt Partners website available at www.selektpartners.com, the Selekt Partners mobile application, and the various content, features, and services offered on and in connection with the Site and applications, are owned and operated by Selekt Partners, LLC.

Information We Obtain About You On The Site
Selekt Partners respects the privacy of users of www.selektpartners.com (“Site”) and/or the Site Services and developed this privacy policy to inform our users of the Site and/or the Site Services with information on how their privacy and personal information the Site collects and uses are protected. Selekt Partners is committed to protecting the privacy of our users to the Site and assures our users that all personal information they provide through the Site and Site Services will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.

Visitors to selektpartners.com may include Clients, Vendors, Agency, and/or Third Parties. The Site and Site Services are intended for a general audience of users eighteen (18) years or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a person under eighteen (18) years old. If we become aware that an individual younger than eighteen (18) years old provided personal information on the Site, we will use all efforts to remove such information from the Site.

As a registered user of the Site, information you provide to us when you register on the Site may be collected and stored on selektpartners.com website for analytical purposes and recordkeeping integrity, as well as to prevent fraud, collect any fees owed, enforce our terms and conditions, take actions we deem necessary to protect the integrity of our web site or our users, or take other actions otherwise permitted by law. Your Personal Information And Third Parties
We may work with third-party companies for Service-related services such as payment processing, database management, or web analytics who may have access to your personal information in order to work on tasks on our behalf. Also, Selekt Partners may employ marketing agencies to provide us with information regarding how visitors to our Site use the Site and Site Services, to present our advertisement on other websites and within mobile apps, to provide you with advertisements that may be of interest to you, or we may allow third parties to display advertisements on our Site. We do not share, disclose, or sell your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission, in the event of an acquisition, merger, or bankruptcy, are required by law to do so, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure of your personal information is reasonably necessary to protect the property or rights of Selekt Partners, third parties, or the public at large.

The amount and type of information that Selekt Partners collects from users on the Site depends on the nature of the circumstances and the user interaction with the Site and Site Services. Use Of Your Financial Information
We may use your billing address and financial information, such as credit card or other payment method that we collect to process, make, and/or receive payment for services conducted on our Site, to protect against fraudulent transactions and identity, and as needed to manage our business.

Access To Your Personal Information
If you have a membership account with us, you have the ability to review and update your personal information, or cancel your membership account, by logging into your account or by contacting us at support@selektpartners.com.

Upon cancellation of your account, you will not be able to access our Site or Site Services. After the cancellation of your membership account, you may at any time choose to re-open a new membership account at the sole discretion of Selekt Partners. If you have an account on this Site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Your Rights In Accordance With Applicable Law
You have the right to abstain from providing your personal information or you may withdraw your consent to process your personal information at any time; however, please note that some features of our Site Service may no longer be available to you. Please note that neither you nor Selekt Partners can delete all copies of information that has been previously shared with others on our Site Service. In addition, certain information you provide, including information in your messages or blogs you posted to the Service, will actively remain on the Service for analytical purposes and recordkeeping integrity, as well as to prevent fraud, collect any fees owed, enforce our terms and conditions, take actions we deem necessary to protect the integrity of our web site or our users, or take other actions otherwise permitted by law even if you close your membership account.

Vendor And Client Profile
Vendors and Clients have the opportunity to create a Profile on the Site which may consist of your organizational information and personal information about you, including your photograph. Please note that certain information from your profile, such as your name or photograph, may be publicly available or visible to users on the Site and the general public. If you believe an unauthorized profile has been created about you, you are required to notify us immediately at support@selektpartners.com and request for it to be removed. For users that register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile.

User Login
If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Blog, Messaging, And Reviews
We may provide areas on our Site where you can communicate with other users to the Site, post information about yourself or others, as well upload content such as pictures, videos, audio files, etc., and to provide information for your project(s) completion. For example, Clients may wish to discuss with Vendors their project needs, and Vendors may wish to pose questions they may have about Clients’ projects or discuss their project proposals with Clients. Also, Selekt Partners collect information on the Site, such as reviews that Clients may post about Vendors’ performance on their project. Such postings are publicly viewable via our Site and Site Services and are subject to our Terms of Use agreement and this privacy policy. At our sole discretion, we may choose to remove reviews we collect from you pursuant to the provision of our Terms of Use agreement. When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. If you leave a comment on the Site, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue. Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.

If you choose to voluntarily provide and post personal information, such as your email address, on publicly-viewable web pages on the Site, that information will be publicly available and can be collected and used by others and others can share your information with Third Parties. Such information will be considered public information and will not be protected by this privacy policy. If you upload images to the Site, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the Site can download and extract any location data from images on the Site.

We cannot control who reads your posting or what other users to the Site may do with the information you voluntarily post, so we encourage you to exercise discretion and caution with respect to your personal information you post on our Site. You are also fully responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You may request to have us remove your personal information from our blog or messaging forum by contacting support@selektpartners.com. If for any reason, we are not able to remove your personal information we will inform you of that position.

We may use “cookies” or other similar technologies to automatically collect information from you when you visit our Site, the desktop app, and the mobile app. Cookies are text files transferred to your computer to track visitor activity such as the searches you conduct and the web pages you visited on our Site, to collect and save standard internet login information, and to collect information to better understand how visitors to the Site interact with the Site Services. This information is used to compile statistical reports on our Site activity. Selekt Partners is greatly concerned about the practice of identity theft.
